This year has been a difficult one for those of us in the queer community. We’ve seen almost constant attacks on personal liberties and access to healthcare. It’s valid to feel discouraged or unsafe, however; the queer community has never bowed to their oppressors. We are happy to support local pride events that raise money for queer groups and provide a safe, welcoming space for those we serve. Come say hello at the following events!
Zion Well Yoga for Pride, June 8th
We are thrilled to support Zion Well and their yoga event for the third year in a row! This event includes an all levels yoga class, wellness fair, and community hangout. All proceeds from the event go to ACLU Michigan and Stand with Trans MI. Located in Ypsilanti’s Riverside Park. Learn more here!
